Coping with Stress

How do I cope with stress? I really don't know. I have no idea how I cope with stress. I just take deep breaths and focus on whatever I need to. Sometimes I get a paper and pen and write everything that is on my mind. And when I am done with that, I cross everything that doesn't matter at the time only leaving me with the few things that do matter.
