Avoiding Mergers

I choose this picture as "Avoiding Mergers" because they made the picture have a good background.
As you can see, the photographer made sure you can see the people and lights.

Rule of Thirds

I chose this picture as "Rule of Thirds" because if you divide the picture it is equal.
With all the smoke you can divide it and see the same thing each time. It is like Balance.

Balance

I chose this picture as "Balance" because the picture is balanced with all the buildings.
As you can see the twin towers are in the middle and the towers are symmetrical.

Simplicity

I chose this picture as "Simplicity" because the main focus is not in the middle.
And because it is focused on one certain thing which was one of the twin towers.

Lines

I chose this picture as "Lines" because the windows of the tall building are lined up.
And the lines are outcasted to really show the person falling.

Framing

I chose this picture as "Framing" because the two buildings are framing the smoke.
And the buildings are surrounding the picture of smoke, so the buildings are the frame.

Photo Manipulation and Ethics

1. The main ideas of the first 4 paragraphs was that many people in other countries, even America, use photoshop to change the news articles and images. They often get caught and then they get fired. They are using photo manipulation to fake things that happened. There are many types of photoshop and when you look at the original photographs, you can tell they were changed.

2. This unethical for many reasons. First of all, it deceives readers of the magazine and can scare, intimidate, and ultimately cause trouble for the readers. Also, the pictures make people have higher expectations for their lives.

3. I would have to say that this set of pictures are the most unethical.

I have to say that this is the most unethical picture because it is rude to photoshop people.
Whoever photoshopped this is terrible, they should feel bad.
I bet it really hurt the girl.

I think this is the least unethical because it doesn't hurt anyone.
This photo doesn't effect anyone in the world.
And it didn't make anyone mad.
